Math Department Summary
The Vimy Ridge mathematics department offers high quality learning opportunities throughout the junior and senior high programs. Whether students are choosing the honors program or regular academic program in junior high, the dedicated staff is committed to helping students reach their full potential in mathematics.
In 2012, the new Alberta program of studies was implemented at the senior high level, which is an unprecedented change offering two courses accepted at university and other post-secondary institutions. We counsel students to make strategic and informed program choices to achieve their goals. Every student is encouraged and supported in their journey to succeed in mathematics.
