Registration Procedures for 2020-21
Registration over the summer
Families who need to register their child(ren) for school are welcome to do so over summer break. If you register over the summer, you will be contacted after staff return to school on August 17th. See more information on this page about registering new students using our online form.
Even though Vimy Ridge Academy is closed to students due to the COVID-19 virus, we are still accepting registrations for the 2020-21 school year. Please upload the required registration documents using this secure Google Form ... once all documents are uploaded using this form and the form is submitted, the appropriate program director and school admin will review the registration request.
The registration process involves three steps:
Step 1: Contact the Program Director for your program of choice. You will then be asked to submit an application package complete with recent progress reports.
Please Note: Submission of an application package for enrolment into Vimy Ridge Academy does not mean guaranteed acceptance into the school for the 2020-21 school year. Confirmation of acceptance will follow the registration screening process.
Step 2: Each program will review all completed application packages to confirm that the student has met all requirements for entrance into the program and ensure that there is space available at the applicant's grade level.
Step 3: Each applicant will be notified confirming acceptance into their program of choice and the school, assuming all entrance requirements have been met.
